Somewhat shabby cycle parking, but at least well spaced Sheffield stands to tie a bike to. Sheffield stands at the beach on Links Road on the North Sea Cycle Route 1.

Cycling on the promenade in Lowestoft is now more common than it was 30 years ago.

National Cycle Route 1 at Ness Point. The wind turbine 'Gulliver', was built in December 2004 and was the first commercial wind turbine in Suffolk and the largest wind turbine in Britain.

As far east as you can cycle in England. Britain's most easterly point in Lowestoft, Suffolk is on the National Cycle Route 1.
